I’m giving the keynote speech at the Money Smart Week 2018 Kickoff Breakfast

I’m kicking off Money Smart Week 2018 in Chicago!

After the Midwest leg of last year’s Make Your Kid a Money Genius book tour, I’m headed back to the Windy City for a very special event: On April 19, I’ll be giving the keynote at the Kickoff Breakfast for Money Smart Week 2018, at the Chicago Federal Reserve. That’s right, I’m speaking at The Fed.

It’s an honor to be asked to take part in this annual tradition. Money Smart Week started in Chicago back in 2002, and it’s since grown into a national happening with thousands of free financial literacy events. This year it will be held from April 21 to 28, at banks, schools, businesses, libraries, and financial institutions across the country. The events will cover topics from retirement to smart debt management to financing college. You can check out MoneySmartWeek.org to find something happening near you.

If you’re in the Chicagoland area, I hope you’ll join me at the kickoff, where I’ll also be sharing my special #FinLitMonth collaboration video with SNL’s Kate McKinnon!

Financial literacy nerds, nerd on.

See you there.
